An Easy Curd/Yogurt Dip With Just Four Ingredients | Perfect For Falafel And Kabab

Happy New Year friends. On New Year Eve I cooked beetroot falafel and cabbage muthia with coriander chutney and curd/yogurt dip for our breakfast. Which we end up like brunch.All items are coming up on the blog one by one. Today I am sharing my yogurt dip. I found it on a very old blog long back. Only had four ingredients. With falafel, I wanted something different. Believe me, this was superhit with beetroot falafel. Here I am with the recipe.


Easy Curd/Yogurt Dip


Ingredients: Yield for four people


1/2 Cup hung/normal curd or yogurt
2 Medium sized garlic pods grated
1 Tsp soya sauce
A pinch of pepper

Method: Mix everything together, stir well and your dip is ready to serve. It tastes amazing with any dry snack. But I found it more useful for falafel recipes.

Note 1) This yield half a bowl dip which is sufficient for four adults. 
2) It should be prepared fresh and use asap. Keeping it for few hours does not taste good.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup hung/normal curd or yogurt
  • 2 Medium sized garlic pods grated
  • 1 Tsp soya sauce
