Green Coriander Chutney | How To Make Hari Chutney

Mild Spicy Green Coriander Chutney Recipe| How To Make Hari Chutney

I remember my father loved having coriander chutney for lunch or dinner. Those days we did not have a grinding machine, only "sil batta". And it was a big task for me or to my sister to get chutney done on that. We used to avoid sometimes by diverting topics and then mummy used to make finally. Now after having grinder-mixer I keep making this chutney for my kids and keep remembering these moments. I wish if I can rejoin with my father again then will make it for him too... I wish one day all misunderstanding heals and we rejoins... I wish.....before I die.

Green coriander chutney is very famous for snacks or dips anytime for lunch/dinner. It is so versatile that mixing few ingredients you will get a new flavor every time. Here I am sharing this chutney with peanuts. Really loved it. My sister-in-law makes this way.
